Over 450 participants gathered in Montreal for Changing the Menu, the first-ever pan-Canadian conference aiming to put healthy, local and sustainable food on school menus across Canada. The guiding themes of the conference were access to healthy food at school, improving food literacy, aiming towards sustainable food systems, and strengthening connections between the school and broader communities. The three-day event featured field trips to inspirational projects in Quebec, keynote speakers, presentations, workshops and networking opportunities.
